Enverus is seeking an Owner Relations Agent to join our Customer Support team in Austin, TX. You will handle owner relation inquiries, maintain case records, and ensure accurate, timely responses while upholding professional communication with clients.

The role requires strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in training to expand your knowledge and support the fast-growing energy-tech platform delivering

Formación

• 2–5 years of industry-related experience and/or training in revenue accounting and/or land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming owner relations call regarding various issues, including revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
• Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
• Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.
• Ensure the response and manner is done in an accurate, timely and friendly manner.
• Manage emotions (calm, non-defensive, respectful).
• Participate in Cross-training to develop new skills, expand knowledge and to improve the business and customer experience.
