Meredith Lodging is seeking an Owner Relations Coordinator in Lincoln City, Oregon. You will help manage homeowner relationships, support onboarding of new homes, and coordinate day-to-day property operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with flexibility for evenings/weekends. This full-time position offers growth in vacation home rental management across Oregon.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, financial oversight, and KPI management preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to learn and use new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Owner Relations Managers in supporting homeowners and day-to-day operations.
• Onboarding & property management: gather information, schedule cleanings/maintenance, coordinate photography, build listings.
• Respond promptly to owner inquiries and requests, supporting the Owners Relations team.
• Support outreach campaigns and vendor coordination for maintenance and bids.
• Other duties as assigned.
