Job summary

Scottsdale Rentals is seeking an Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 75-150 vacation rental property owners. This full-time, in-office role in Scottsdale requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can manage onboarding and ongoing owner communications to maximize retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large customer portfolios and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage onboarding and ongoing property owner communications.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing day-to-day operations and resolving issues.
• Oversee onboarding of new properties, scheduling cleanings, and building online listings.
• Communicate with owners daily by phone, text, email and in person to understand needs and feedback.
• Maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and support owner retention goals.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
