Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a manager to handle owner and customer relations, address issues, and optimize ownership experiences. The role includes coordinating strategies to salvage defaults, maximizing closings, and guiding Sales Gallery and Front Desk operations to maintain hospitality standards.

You will lead teams, schedule shifts, and ensure training is current, while working with Sales and Marketing to improve tour efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English (additional language may be required for some positions)

Responsibilities

• Interact with owners and customers to ensure complete satisfaction with their experience.
• Respond to owner and customer questions, complaints, and/or concerns.
• Coordinate strategy to salvage site pending defaults and maximize closings.
• Oversee daily operations of Sales Gallery Floor, Front Desk and Tour Desk when applicable.
• Conduct onboarding, training and maintain up-to-date training manuals for staff.
• Support the hiring process and participate in recruiting activities.
