Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center. You will ensure accurate product knowledge and guide how it should be sold, including financing, while escalating issues as needed and upholding a Culture of Excellence.

You will interview new candidates, coach Sales Executives, and maintain guest experience and brand integrity across the operation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating verbally in English
• Incumbent must maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law
• Leadership and presentation skills
• Problem solving and decision making

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center
• Manage tour flow and sales presentations to drive closures
• Interview and onboard Sales Executives; provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure accurate product inventory knowledge and proper selling approach including financing
• Maintain culture of excellence and uphold brand integrity in all guest interactions
• Escalate issues when necessary and coordinate with leadership for action
