Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in the United States is seeking a staff-oriented leader to oversee Activities and Concierge Departments. You will staff, train, and ensure team members are knowledgeable about property facilities and daily events, delivering consistent guest experiences.

You will supervise budgeting for the department, maintain safety and brand standards, and coordinate events that enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation or health club operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer service standards.
• Ability to train staff on SOPs and brand standards.
• Experience managing events and guest experiences is a plus.
• Budget management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages Activities Team and trains staff on brand SOPs and safety policies.
• Develops, coordinates, and manages property events and guest experiences.
• Manages departmental budgets, wages, and controllable expenses within guidelines.
• Provides coaching, counseling, and development for hourly employees.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and effective handling of guest issues.
