Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to assist in providing Owners/guests with memorable experiences and events, creating vacation memories.

The role involves engaging guests, scheduling presentations, achieving sales goals, and ensuring eligibility while maintaining guest loyalty; a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required. Background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Background and/or drug screening may be required.
• Physical ability: reach, walk, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Aim to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products/services.
• Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
