Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Tour Guide to welcome Owners, members, and guests on property tours, delivering high-quality service and accurate resort information. You will help tailor experiences to individual needs and maintain strong guest relationships to support future opportunities.

You will uphold brand standards, coordinate with licensed leaders for ownership questions, and adapt to varying property contexts while working a flexible schedule on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Customer service, hospitality, marketing, sales and/or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Background and drug screening may be required per state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany guests during property tours while providing high-quality guest service.
• Provide factual, objective information about the resort and its amenities.
• Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding maps, room locations, etc.
• Support the brand image by modeling professional behavior, appearance, and communication.
• Establish rapport with guests during tours to enhance the guest experience.
• Direct ownership, pricing, product, or contractual questions to a licensed sales executive or team leader.
• Provide the highest possible guest service to support guest satisfaction survey targets.
• Explain features, advantages, and benefits of the product during tours.
• Follow the consultative process when meeting owners and guests.
• Prepare for daily appointments and follow up with interested guests as needed.
