Responsibilities

• Monitor escalated owner cases and workflows to identify delays and bottlenecks.
• Investigate complex owner issues using data and stakeholder input to determine root causes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain accountability.
• Develop corrective action plans addressing immediate concerns and underlying deficiencies.
• Analyze owner contacts and trends to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to reduce owner friction.
• Recommend policy and workflow enhancements based on trends and insights.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities and implement sustainable changes.
• Escalate risks and unresolved issues to support timely outcomes.
• Provide concise updates to Polaris Leadership Team with recommendations and actions.
• Measure effectiveness of solutions and identify ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge resources to reduce future escalations.
