You will lead fixed operations initiatives, coach dealer teams, and stay ahead of industry trends, travelling ~80% to implement best practices across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of powersports, marine, or automotive dealer service operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~80% of the time.
• Experience leading training sessions and classroom-style instruction.

• Consult with Polaris dealerships to improve Customer Experience, Service and Parts profitability.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with dealers to grow service and parts sales capabilities.
