Polaris Adventures is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive onboarding and ongoing success for commercial operations outfitters and dealers. You will lead by example, build strong relationships across stakeholders, and guide multi‑team collaboration to meet onboarding and growth targets.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, customer service excellence, and clear communication to manage complex solutions and improve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client relationship or account management across multiple organizations.
• Experience leading teams or projects with strong communication skills.
• Ability to present and train stakeholders on programs and policies.
• Proven track record of nurturing outfitter relationships and growth.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage many priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and existing accounts with on-site ramp-up and training.
• Establish cadence and communicate value to outfitters and vendors.
• Grow accounts by identifying opportunities and leading initiatives.
• Prepare Monthly Business Reviews and report on program metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and resolve issues.
