Job summary

Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, CA seeks an on-site Owner Relations Coordinator for part-time days. You will manage owner reservations, assist with HOA communications, and coordinate with departments to ensure top-notch stays for owner members.

Responsibilities include concierge services, maintaining the Rental Program contact list, and supporting owner project initiatives while upholding Seascape standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years' related hotel/HOA industry experience or training preferred.
• High school or GED graduate.
• Ability to read, comprehend and provide instructions, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Outlook and Internet applications; Maestro & Alice software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with rental program owners to ensure reservations are made accurately and units are in top rentable condition.
• Recruit non-rental program owners into the Seascape Resort on-site rental program.
• Walk units of owners scheduled for arrival to ensure quality owner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure units exceed expectations prior to owner arrival.
• Act as on-site concierge for Seascape Resort owner members; assist with special reservation requests or events.
• Keep an active Seascape Resort Rental Program Member Contact List with member data.
