Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English with strong written and reading skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities are required.
• Previous computer training or experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Typing skills are a plus.
• Second language proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate owner files and records.
• Identify owner/guest needs and answer questions and concerns.
• Manage owner and guest complaints with management, and inform actions taken.
• Generate reports, spreadsheets and tracking for management review.
• Update owner files and verify data accuracy in systems.
• Process reservation requests and check room/rate availability.
• Conduct research on owner issues and ensure timely responses.
• Handle multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
