Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects typically $5M–$25M in value.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or required within designated timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial/industrial construction projects within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to support execution.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost control measures.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers as appropriate.
• Attend client interviews and meetings as required.
