Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing $30M+ projects; strong client and subcontractor relations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial/industrial construction projects within timelines and budgets.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cost control; track performance against critical path.
• Lead weekly project meetings with stakeholders and manage client relationships.
