Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pre-construction project management in commercial construction.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and risk assessment in contracts.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents; strong MS Office and estimating tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide conceptual budgets in accelerated timeframes with minimal design parameters.
• Synthesize plans and specifications to develop detailed estimates.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals for complete scope of work.
• Manage multiple pursuit efforts and prioritize tasks.
• Use critical path methods to establish durations for client proposals.
• Attend client interviews/meetings and support presentations.
• Support operations with change orders and client relations as needed.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and uphold ethics to support culture.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, A&E partners, and subs.
