You will manage a team, optimize listings and campaigns, and collaborate with ownership on strategy and growth. Some evenings and travel between Philadelphia and Northern NJ are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing and lead generation process from inquiry to lease signing.
• Lead, coach, and hold leasing consultants accountable for follow-up and performance.
• Manage digital marketing across social platforms and listing sites.
• Monitor lead flow, response times, traffic, appointments, applications, and conversions.
• Coordinate strategy with ownership on leasing performance and portfolio growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and build out the leasing team as the portfolio expands.
