MSB Resources in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to own the marketing, digital presence, and leasing training across a portfolio of about 3,570 apartment homes. This hybrid role emphasizes branding, online reputation, SEO, and lead conversion, with stewardship of five RentCafe sites and collaboration with Property/Regional Managers.

The ideal candidate has a marketing mindset with multifamily leasing experience, strong analytics, and proficiency across Facebook/Instagram.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of marketing or leasing experience; 5 years preferred.
Multifamily property management or residential leasing experience preferred.
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or online reputation management.
Hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram; understands social strategy.
Familiarity with ILS platforms like Apartments.com and Zillow/CoStar.
RentCafe and/or Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
Strong leasing, sales, communication, and training skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Marketing/Communications degree a plus, but equivalent experience considered.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase property visibility, lead generation, occupancy, and asset value.
Own ILS strategy and optimize listings across Apartments.com, Zillow/CoStar, and other channels.
Review ILS performance and traffic to improve lead generation and conversion.
Maintain property websites with accurate listings, pricing, availability, and branding.
Take full ownership of five RentCafe property websites and support the company's internal website across the portfolio.
Develop and execute a social media strategy across Facebook and Instagram, including content, campaigns, engagement, and brand consistency.
Lead online reputation management, monitoring Google Reviews, social media feedback, surveys, and other resident/prospect interactions.
Develop thoughtful and timely review-response strategies that protect and strengthen the company's online reputation.
Support SEO initiatives to improve property visibility and organic search performance.
Maintain consistent branding across websites, social media, ILS platforms, signage, collateral, and other marketing materials.
Develop property marketing plans and coordinate advertising, promotional materials, leasing collateral, and community outreach initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, advertising performance, and digital engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support resident retention efforts and community events through marketing and outreach initiatives.
