BG Staffing in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for a luxury multifamily community. You will coach a leasing team, drive traffic, and optimize occupancy and revenue performance across the site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily leasing with a proven track record, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach. You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to deliver a superior resident experience and ensure Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy and leasing goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the leasing team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals.
• Oversee all leasing activities, including prospect management, tours, follow-up, and lease execution.
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive qualified traffic.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, conversion ratios, and occupancy trends.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the resident journey.
• Conduct property tours and build relationships with prospective residents.
• Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and maintaining engagement.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure a superior resident experience.
• Train team on leasing best practices, Fair Housing compliance, and company policies.
• Analyze competitive properties, market conditions, and pricing recommendations.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and renewal strategies.
