AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team!

Compensation and Bonuses

• Industry's BEST Compensation Packages with unlimited earning potential through a 100% incentive-based structure.
• Competitive commissions on new business and renewals, plus bonus programs to support agency growth.
• Lead programs linked to membership databases.
• Education/Training Bonus: $4,000 upon completing a 4-week virtual education program.
• Launch Bonus: $15,000 upon launching a fully compliant AAA branded agency.
• Marketing Reimbursement: Up to $15,000 in the first year, measured quarterly over 36 months.
• Potential bonus of up to $150,000 per month starting in year 3.
• Agency growth bonus: Up to 8% paid monthly based on growth.

Support and Training

• Comprehensive support including data-driven candidate selection, detailed deployment plans, and compliance guidance.
• Mixed in-person and virtual training covering business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.

Agency Owner Role

You will own and grow an agency serving AAA members, selling property & casualty, life insurance, and memberships, with a focus on customer service and member benefits.
