AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team!

Compensation and Bonuses

• Complementary lead programs linked to our membership databases
• Education/Training Bonus: $4,000 (paid once a 4-week virtual education program is complete)
• Launch Bonus: $15,000 (paid once candidate launches fully compliant AAA branded agency)
• Marketing Reimbursement: Up to $15k year 1; First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis
• Up to $150k bonus potential per month
• Starts in year 3 (month 25)
• Up to 8% paid based on agency growth month over month

Support and Onboarding

• Strong support throughout the process: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members with thoughtful candidacy selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.
• Step-by-step onboarding with a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards
• Comprehensive education combining in-person and virtual training on core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems
• Resources to grow your business: staffing, financial management, business planning, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base.

Products and Services

• You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Members value their AAA Membership for trusted roadside assistance and access to savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care.
• Property and casualty insurance: You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated carriers (varies by state)
• Life insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent) by A.M. Best
