Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Hunter mentality with prospecting discipline
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience using a CRM and managing a sales pipeline
• Ability to work independently and own a local territory
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new B2B opportunities within your territory
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, in-person prospecting and other outbound activities
• Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct onsite meetings to understand operations and service requirements
• Develop and present customized proposals
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close
• Represent the company at local networking events and within the business community
