Qualifications

• 2 years of multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of 5-8 restaurants and support Restaurant Managers.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan and review restaurant performance and coach teams.
