Job summary

Dunkin in Massachusetts seeks a Multi-Unit Manager to lead 5-8 restaurants, coaching Restaurant Managers to ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across the portfolio.

You will recruit and develop managers, monitor performance, and drive execution of marketing windows, product launches, and new processes. A strong emphasis on analytics and leadership to sustain growth is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multi-unit or similar hospitality/retail management experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants to ensure brand standards and profitability.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, and guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers; monitor performance.
• Coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support performance and execution.
• Lead team meetings and deliver targeted training on marketing windows and brand initiatives.
• Develop business plans and action plans with the director of operations.
