The American Red Cross is seeking a highly adaptable Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS). This role deploys to overseas U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field is required.
• Experience in program management or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of military culture is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and families.
• Oversee Emergency Communication Casework and Hero Care Network activities.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor volunteers; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with military leadership, installation partners, and community stakeholders.
