Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support SAF and IS programs and deploy to overseas locations. You will manage emergency communications, coordinate volunteer activities, and ensure program delivery on military installations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum five years in program management or related field.
• Skills: Strong public speaking, computer skills, interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with military culture.

• Manage emergency communication casework and support for military members and families.
• Monitor outcomes, document activities, and contribute program improvement recommendations.
