Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support SAF and IS programs with overseas deployments. You will manage emergency communication casework, coordinate with military installations, and supervise volunteers across mobile deployments.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of program management experience, plus strong communication, interpersonal, and military culture familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, public health, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years related experience in program management or a related field.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communications and related support for service members and families.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients; log and document activities.
• Maintain rosters, unit contacts, and case logs per mission guidelines.
• Support deployment readiness and coordinate with mobile team resources.
• Manage relationships with military leadership and installation partners.
