Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking an Overnight Case Manager Lead to provide overnight case management for our longest-running young adult housing program. The role supports youth facing foster care, homelessness, and education barriers, delivering individualized plans and referrals.

You’ll supervise staff, coordinate after-hours operations, and work with program directors to ensure trauma-informed, youth-centered services across sites in King County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, administration or related field; masters preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with teens/young adults in foster care, housing, education or homelessness.
• Strong youth engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including coaching/feedback.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current HIV blood borne pathogens training.
• Experience with diverse populations; multilingual abilities helpful.
• Within 30 days of employment or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight case management and after-hours support across sites.
• Guide staff in caseload review, problem-solving and service coordination.
• Maintain accurate participant records and shift handoffs.
• Support housing case managers and coordinate with program leadership.
• Promote trauma-informed, youth-centered services.
