Valley Youth House in Bethlehem is seeking an Overnight Youth Advisor to provide quality supervision for youth during scheduled shifts from 10pm to 8am. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to bedtime routines, addressing any crises, and maintaining a safe environment.

The ideal candidate must be over 21 with a high school diploma, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft and Google Suite. Join us to empower youth through genuine relationships and community support.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess sound judgment and knowledge of adolescent development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality supervision during scheduled shifts.

• Ensure the safety of youth by completing observations.
