Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required, with one year of experience with adolescents preferred.
• 21 years of age or older with ability to align with independent living goals; lived experience considered.
• Sound judgment and knowledge of adolescent development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative, flexible team member able to work with diverse groups.
• Must have a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance and inspection.
• Ability to navigate stairs is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Windows; familiarity with Google Suite desired.
• No prohibited criminal or child abuse offenses on record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality supervision to clients during shifts, evenings, overnights, and weekends, engaging clients and supporting life skills.
• Oversee site maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations; submit follow‑up paperwork timely.
• Address and report crises or incidents and implement preliminary safety plans.
• Attend trainings and complete required training hours as per funder/licensing rules.
