Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, manage warehouse personnel, and coordinate daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, interpersonal and math skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems. Flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs with CEM/Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle disciplinary actions and maintain productive labor climate.
