Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead store warehouse operations, schedule staff, and ensure accurate inbound and outbound freight flows.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, coordinate with other departments, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and efficiency standards to meet store needs during peak periods. This role requires 1-3 years' supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution center
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with other departments in the company
• Effective oral and written communication
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping/receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control)
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and OSHA compliance
• Train associates on SOPs and follow disciplinary processes
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
• Complete activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices and packing slips
