Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across stores, supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules.

You will coordinate with store teams, ensure safe, efficient operations, implement safety programs, and drive on-time receiving and shipping to support peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to work with other departments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic math and Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure compliant procedures.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations.
• Resolve inquiries and discrepancies in shipping, invoicing, and receiving reports.
• Prepare activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
