Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across stores, supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators. You will manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills; strong follow-up.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
• Able to work with other departments; maintain relationships.
• Proficient in basic math and Windows-based systems.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to maintain proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment; oversee preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety programs and procedures are followed; uphold OSHA requirements.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures; address concerns.
