Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across stores, directing specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

The role manages daily freight schedules aligned with customer needs and inventory, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, ability to work in Windows-based systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control)
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs with maintenance
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and adherence to safety procedures
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
• Complete activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports
• Oversee Storage Buy Audit COP
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
