Job summary

VCA Aurora Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to greet clients and manage appointments at the front desk. You will handle phone and email inquiries, process payments, and help educate clients about services and wellness plans.

This full-time overnight role (12am–8am) includes a $3/hour night differential and a comprehensive benefits package. Excellent communication, multitasking, and familiarity with scheduling software are valued to support our veterinary team

Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.
