VCA Aurora Animal Hospital in Aurora, IL is seeking an Emergency Patient Care Coordinator to support our Doctors and Technician team. This full-time role requires providing a welcoming, low-stress environment and delivering exceptional patient care and client service.

You will educate clients on treatment plans, coordinate patient care, ensure accurate billing and medical records, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Confidence around pets.
• Medical background such as veterinary technician, human healthcare, or pharmaceutical.
• Medical terminology training.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings; overnight position.

VCA Aurora Animal Hospital invites you to be our newest Emergency Patient Care Coordinator !

Schedule

Full-time opportunity. Wednesday-Fridays and Sunday 7am-6pm. required.

Compensation:

$ 18 - 21/ hr.

Shift Differential

A $3/ hr shift differential is offered to associates who work between 10 pm - 6 am

Starting range is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available.

As a Patient Care Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting our Doctors and Technician team by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and patients. Your ability to create a welcoming, low-stress environment will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of care.
