Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients in a courteous, compassionate manner.
• Check in clients and patients for emergency and scheduled services.
• Verify and update client/patient records and vaccination history.
• Prepare paperwork, verify signatures, and process forms and payments.
• Handle calls and assist visitors; communicate with the medical team.
• Invoice clients, explain charges, and manage daily billing tasks.
