Ethos Veterinary Health in Byron Center, MI is seeking a Client Service Representative to warmly welcome clients, manage records, and process payments in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting.

You will educate clients about services, handle appointments, and support a compassionate team dedicated to gold-standard care for pets. This role offers growth and ongoing learning opportunities for dedicated professionals.

Client Service Representative
Location: Byron Center, MI
Schedule: Full Time | Overnights | 7pm-7am, 3 days per week | Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Compensation: $17/hr | + $3/hr Overnight Shift Differential from 10pm-7am

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

• Previous Veterinary Reception Experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to triage patients, assess and respond accordingly
• Ability to critically think and maintain a calm demeaner in stressful situations
