Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for guests and patients. The role includes parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering guest amenities in a courteous, efficient manner.

Compensation includes an $18/hour base plus tips with a $2 shift differential for overnight work, and eligibility for benefits where applicable. Work schedule is 10pm–6am, with a supportive team and daily opportunities to brighten a guest's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of principles for customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner; assist with luggage.
• Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys.
