Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience. The position is part-time with overnight shifts and includes benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest last names during interactions.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and collect payments as required.
• Perform all defined guest service tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
