Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts. You will provide exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and deliver friendly, efficient service at arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, handling ticketing and key processes, and delivering top-notch guest experiences with safe, attentive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with luggage, bell services, and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about the facility and area attractions.
