Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and ensure a safe, smooth arrival and departure experience. This overnight position runs from 10pm to 6am. Compensation is $19.61 per hour plus tips, with a $3 shift differential based on overnight scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license in the state of application.
• 1 month related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English; follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers, greet using last names.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facilities and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage ticket information.
