Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help with directions and information about local amenities.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and adherence to Towne Park’s standards, with an overnight schedule on Wednesdays and Thursdays and a base hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license or commute distance from state of employment.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and keys.
• Support revenue collection and track ticket information for the valet system.
