Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet services. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and provide information to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the location.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, the ability to work overnight shifts (11pm–7am), and basic math for ticketing and revenue. Prior customer service experience is valued and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state.
• One month of related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue as required.
