Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking a nd luggage assistance during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, handle vehicles, and deliver friendly service throughout overnight shifts (11pm-7am) in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, issuing and tracking tickets, and assisting guests with directions and inquiries. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license or within a commutable distance.
• At least 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic math and English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests with professionalism and use guest names when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticket information and revenue.
