Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage and deliver amenities as needed, ensuring a friendly experience at arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering inquiries, and processing tickets and payments with accuracy. The role requires strong English skills and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license or able to commute from nearby state.
• 1 month related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions and information about local outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys and claim checks.
