Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts (11pm-7am). The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assisting with luggage as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, efficient hospitality service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and tickets and record revenue.
• Perform the full range of duties to support guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
