Colonial Group seeks an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure valet services during late-night hours. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and vehicles, and ensure safety and smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an eye for detail, handling of vehicles, and adherence to hotel standards and company policies, including uniform and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Capable of delivering courteous guest service during overnight shifts.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Confident in handling vehicles and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs overnight.
• Details: document existing vehicle damage on tickets after inspection.
• Safety: park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor and secure the parking area all night.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a professional valet station.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Customer Service: address inquiries professionally.
• On Time: arrival, uniform, and policy compliance.
• Support: assist teammates and perform other tasks as needed.
• Additional Duties: support daily operations as required.
