Responsibilities

• Warm welcome for guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Document existing vehicle damage on tickets after inspection.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area through the night; respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Record hours and gratuities per company policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive in uniform and comply with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute to smooth overnight operations and adapt to daily needs.
